Spring
break is a great time for fun in the sun. Kids are out of school for one whole
week and get to relive the fun of summer. That means there is an opportunity!
Wouldn't it be cool to offer something during Spring Break that would reach out
to families, spread the gospel and have some fun!
Together
with Sherwood Baptist Church, we are going to offer a Soccer Camp from March 17th-19th
at the UTPB Soccer Fields from 8:30am-12:00. Soccer is a booming sport all over
the country and hosting a soccer camp will be a snap. For three hours, we'll run
drills, play games, develop skills, drink lots of Gatorade, and have fun. We'll
use the vehicle of soccer to share the gospel, develop character and show families
that Jesus loves them.
